The ideal candidate is friendly and devoted to becoming an integral member of a team that values hard work, and attention to every detail. Responsibilities Include Havinga working knowledge of all ingredients and preparations on the menu Prepping station mise en place and maintaining a stocked station throughout service with a focus on cleanliness and organization Participating in a professionally run service period, focusing on clear communication, and ensuring excellence in cooking, timing,and multi tasking. Maintaining a calmdemeanor while managing picks and simultaneously taking direction from expediters and kitchen leadership Promoting teamwork and excellence The right candidate will have 1or more years experience as aLine Cook in a fine dining, high-volume restaurant Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to multitask.
